Dear YEN Sapling Volunteers,

First of all, I would like to express my sincere thanks, on behalf of Yunnan EcoNetwork, to all of you who participated activities of YEN Sapling Volunteers (YENSVs) from this summer through autumn in the year of 2005.

Yunnan EcoNetwork held a meeting on the theme of “A Green Wall for China----Tree planting and stewardship for protecting plateau wetlands in Lashihai Wetland” on 10 th of December 2005 in Lashihai, Lijiang. 18 participants from relevant local government departments attended the meeting.

An annual report on the activities of YEN Sapling Volunteers has been worked after the close of the meeting.
