The Opening Ceremony

Message from the organizer:

Dear pupils,

Welcome you to join in 2003 Winter-Camp for bird watching. From this moment on you will be one member among us. The curtain of the activity opens at 9:30 am. And it will bring you into an intense but marvelous boundary of coming activities. If you know little of the Winter-camp or have some questions, read your Manual of Activity, please.

We would like to answer your questions. And in turn we hope your teammates understand Manual better with your kind assistance.

Time for the opening: 9:30 am, 10 Feb, 2003

Venue: 12 F , Meeting Room, Youth Building , Milesi, Kunming

Don't feel hesitate for the opening. It is mere pattern. On the meeting some honorable guests will attend. They will see you and tell you some important decisions. A senior official will grant your team leader a Winter-Camp flag. You may be invited to say something and your parents, too. In short, you will make clear the purpose of the activity, understand what you can do or what you can not do through the opening ceremony.

You and your parents were notified on 29 Jan. that you are required to gather together at the lobby of the Youth Building 30 minutes prior to the opening. Since your coaches will organize pupils from different schools to have them divided into three teams. Each team needs a leader. Everyone has an equal opportunity to show off. The chance is within your hand. Congratulations on you!
