| YEN officers in charge of Biogas Owners'Home held a talk with Mr. Tang Kang, Assistant Manager, Basic Education, Oxfam, Hongkong on the progress of Biogas Owner's Manual compiling. Both side exchanged the idea on how to introduce the material in the rural school education.
