| Hosted by Yunnan Provincial EPB, the training on the Strategic Environmental Assessment and Public Participation was opened in Kunming. Ms. Liang, project officer from YEN attended the training. It is the program of Yunnan Sustainable Development Capacity Building. The SEA was given by Prof. Bao Cunkuan from Tongji University in Shanghai. |
