| Kunming began the second Car-Free Day on 27 October after national campaign for CFD on 22 September. This has made Kunming the prime city that implements CFD regularly every month among others in China. As the rule, the CFD starts at 9:00am through 19:00pm every Saturday in the last week of the month. YEN volunteers delivered questionnaires to participants at the event. |
