2014-7-6：龙聚师生拣马粪体验沼气美妙用途 |

今天，龙聚组织美国高中学生再次走进丽江绿色家园。在家园实习的美国大学生唐凯琳带领他们参观了绿色家园的资源展厅、可再生能源展厅、沼气厨房、沼气厕所和沼肥示范菜地。美国家庭很少安装沼气，通过参观，同学们了解了中国农村应用绿色能源的情况。随后，凯琳鼓励他们尝试在沼气灶上煎鸡蛋，并亲口品尝，加深对绿色能源的印象。下午，同学们到湿地内的马场收集马粪，并将拣好的马粪运回绿色家园。他们收集马粪很努力，运回的马粪足够家园沼气池用两个月呢。放下拣马粪的工具后，同学们还拜访了村里的一户人家，了解了该户村民使用沼气的情况。丽江电视台对绿色家园安排的科普环保活动一直跟踪报道，采访了美国的高中生，实习生唐凯琳和龙聚的带队老师。请看视频 http://v.youku.com/v_show/id_XNzM4MTM2OTcy.html American high school students from the Where There Be Dragons summer program visited the Green Education Center (GEC). I guided them through GEC’s exhibition hall, and showed them our biogas tank in the back yard. Lastly, the students tested out the biogas stove themselves and cooked an egg. Biogas tanks are seldom used in the United States households, and taught these Americans some alternative energy resources that are being used in China. After the tour of GEC, we went to the nearby horse corral and collected the horse dump. The horse dump these students collected is not enough biogas to last for two months. A few of us, including myself, were also interviewed by Li Jiang local news about what we were doing in Li Jiang and how we enjoyed the area. After collecting the dump and bringing it to GEC, we then went to Mr. Xia’s home, who lives across the street. If a help from a few translators, he talked about his own biogas tank and answered the questions any of the students had. |
