| 2010年9月2日，来自美国锡拉丘兹大学的大学生在了解丽江纳西族和彝族的文化习俗，体验当地人的生活外，还到丽江的文海和拉市海进行体验之旅，通过探险、徒步等方式、学习当地动、植物保护以及本土NGO对当地的影响。他们特别安排出时间参观了云南生态网丽江绿色教育基地----绿色家园，对工作人员介绍的农村社区沼气教育及推广的项目表示赞赏与支持！ September 2, 2010: Students from Syracuse University, USA at GEC Eighteen students from Syracuse University and two local eco-tour guides paid their visit at Green Education Center (GEC) during their trip in Wenhai and Lashihai wetlands on September 2, 2010. The trip provided the American students opportunities to learn local Naxi and Yi minority cultures and custom, experience their traditional life. However, the visitors are more concerned about the relationship between local people and the environment after they learned the knowledge about local animals/plants and the culture of local people. Then they took a visit at GEC, Yunnan EcoNetwork(YEN) ’s Lijiang education base. They positively shared with GEC staff their deep concerns on the local environment and people’s livelihood. When the students caught sight of the GEC’s demonstration sites, learned about the extensional education works GEC staff had done, they felt proud of their work.
