A group of 10 people from South Africa in China for holiday came by GEC for a look. We gave them a tour of the exhibition and the biogas digester, explaining how the system worked and how it could be used productively. A few of them are actually teachers in Shanghai, teaching subjects such as literature. One of visitors is actually going to open a similar environmental education center like GEC in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. After his tour of GEC, he said he might consider implementing a biogas system in their education center as well. Another one of the visitors is studying conservation in university and was very interested in our efforts here.
